IIP Silver Success for Hygiene Group

Helen Millership • January 25, 2022

Birmingham based Hygiene Group have retained their Investors In People (IIP) Silver status after their most recent review process, a great achievement with continued success.

Hygiene Group first achieved the IIP accreditation in 1999, but over the years they have not only managed to maintain this, in their latest assessment the hard work paid off by being awarded Silver.

This achievement shows the company’s commitment to their people, Helen Millership, HR Director said, “Our people are our most valuable asset and the building blocks of our organisation, we know how important it is to involve them in the business and invest in their training and development for both their futures and our own. We are very proud of our achievement and we hope our staff feel the benefits of our supportive framework”.

Investors In People is built around a rigorous framework, which assesses how well you’re supporting your people at work, including how you lead, support and improve. Your people are asked for feedback and then everything is taken into consideration before you are awarded your status. It doesn’t end there though, your accreditation is re-assessed every three years, with check-in’s each year.

With genuine employee satisfaction and happy teams at the core of the business, Hygiene Group are growing from strength to strength. It just shows that by investing in your people, it pays dividends to the success of business growth.
